Mission Statement
The goal of the Debbie Callahan Arts Fund (DCAF) is simply to help to provide an opportunity for a deserving individual or individuals to study and produce art. This could be at an art school where one learns the techniques and the craft of producing art. It could be at a college or university where he or she majors in art. The guidelines are not complicated. The goal is to help people learn about and produce art. The world is a better place with and because of art.
